We want your shopping experience at Daisy Corsets to be the absolute best! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact customer service within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that sorted out for you!
Please see our simple steps and procedures for returns below:
- Merchandise may be returned for a Gift Card Code that will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout. You may then apply this to your next order!
- Returns should be postmarked 30 days from the delivery date.
- All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
- All Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with the original sewn in tags still intact.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). We encourage you to hang on to your tracking number for your return as this can help our team provide a specific estimate for when you can expect your gift card code to be processed.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A gift card notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please note, discount codes used when purchasing affect the amount paid for each item.
- Different orders can be sent together; please know each order will receive a separate gift card code.
*Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
We know, returns can be a hassle. We’ve worked really hard to keep the returns process simple. We’ve spelled out the process below so that you’ll know what to expect.
All we need you to do is fill out the return form included with your order and slip it into the package and the item(s) you are returning. We’ll take it from there! Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable. You may find the return form linked below:
Once your return is delivered to our boutique, our team will put all of your information into the system as quickly as they can! Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your gift card to be issued via email. Please note holidays will effect this processing time. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order.
We do not accept exchanges. But you can simply reorder the new size, or new item(s) once you receive your gift card code via email.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Sometimes things happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Please give us a call or reach out to us via email. Our team is super fast at processing and shipping orders! Once they begin to process your order (usually within 1-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order as it's status will be fulfilled.
